"It was a lovely stay for a couple of nights , beware there are lots of OAPs at this hotel on a cheap all inclusive, although they were friendly enough. Funny smell in the hallway but other than that very clean . Decent breakfast as well, overall happy with the place as it was only cheap. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Melia Benidorm – It’s got a great feel to it with a lovely pool area, just a couple of minor issues. Housekeeping could have been a bit better, as used cups and glasses in the room weren’t washed or replaced regularly, and toilet rolls weren’t replenished until there was about 5 sheets left!. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic – just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with Benidorm Palace up the road and the fantastic...

"Great location - close to Levante beach and only 5 min walk to the top of the strip but far enough away not be kept awake by noise. No stags or hens allowed at the hotel which is good for a couples break. Great view from the 15th floor - lovely pool area and food breakfast choice but they do start to clear everything away very swiftly- so don’t go down to breakfast thinking you can rock up 5 minutes before it ends ! Recommended "

"We have stayed in this hotel 5 times so obviously enjoy the facilities abd location. However this time checkout was very slow and I was in line for 20 minutes. I had to eventually ask a member of staff standing in the background to check me out, not good customer service. Express checkout or better training of staff would help."

"The hotel was facing the beach, you can see the world go by by sitting in the balcony. The restaurants, bars and shops are just around the hotel. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. The only negative thing was the breakfast, one time is was cold. "

"Check in was easy - receptionist friendly and welcoming. Air condition needed attention and maintenance came straight away to resolve it. It was only the batteries that required replacing in the remote."

"I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."

"The hotel is very nice, pretty close to the beach and the old town of Benidorm with its beautiful streets and a lot of stores. The room was large, with 2 comfy beds, cleaned every day, the towels changed at request and the linen once at 4 days. The bathroom was also large, well equipped. We had HB with possibility to choose between lunch and dinner which was very nice and flexible. All the stuff from reception, cleaning and restaurant very professional and kind.
